 Home Information Packs

Castleton Energy Assessments now offer full Home Information Packs (HIPs) managed by a personal, local contact at a market-leading price.

Until now HIP prices have been dictated by large HIP providers, many of whom have offered poor service despite their high prices. We aim to change this picture by responding to a demand for a local HIP service, with each HIP managed by a named individual and at prices below those of most of the major providers.

The price has not been cut by taking risks; our HIPs are provided by the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors and are HIP Code and PCCB compliant. This is a one-stop service: we can handle the whole process for you, from initial instruction to final delivery of the HIP, including the Energy Performance Certificate. Because you deal with the same person every time, you know who will be visiting your client for the EPC inspection, and you know who to speak to if there are any queries or problems. You can also track the progress of each HIP on-line.

Prices are only £250 +VAT for a registered freehold property or £285 +VAT for all other titles.
